Why should I pay
for your database when I can search the internet for free?
First of all - answer this
question honestly - Have you EVER closed a loan with a lender as a direct result
of free information that you found on a 'message board' or from the results of a
search? Have you? That's why it's free...
Second - Not every lender
– especially the good local ones – have a great internet presence – some
actually prefer not to and it is usually because they do not want to be
bombarded with phone calls and emails from someone ‘surfing the net’. Some
institutions do not even advertise that they will lend money (hedge funds,
private equity, the millionaire down the street) – but we know they do if you
get to the correct person.
Third -What is your time
worth? Spending hours having your assistant or yourself calling and searching
